Kindergarten Registration
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, all new student registration information will be collected electronically. There will be no in-person appointments or meetings in central registration.
Kindergarten Registration for the Fall 2021 began on Monday, February 1st, 2021. Visit this website-http://www.cvschools.org/cms/one.aspx?portalId=1043457&pageId=2889767 to see specific instructions on enrolling a child for Kindergarten for next school year.
Parents can access the forms through their Skyward account (2021-2022 Kindergarten New Student Registration) or if new to the District, through the website under Central Registration to create a Skyward account. All registration documents will be submitted electronically and processed in Skyward when all of the registration documents have been presented. A confirmation email will be sent to parents when the child is enrolled.
Just a reminder, children registering for Kindergarten must turn five (5) years old on or before September 1st. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to provide the following documents. Missing required documentation will delay your child’s enrollment.
Required documents for enrollment:
*Birth Certificate
*Immunizations records
*Proof of Residency (two (2) required) –
Acceptable documentation: a deed, lease or
mortgage statement plus one
additional document (utilities bill, cable bill, etc.)
*Parent Photo ID
Recommended for enrollment:
*Most recent Physical and Dental forms
*Custody order if applicable
*Any Special Education documents if applicable
